In-Person Bridal Name Change Service
For the woman who doesn't have time, or is not interested in processing all of the updates herself.

Our In-Person Service is available in the Toronto/Peel/Halton and surrounding areas, and includes:

- Extensive Name Change Checklist (over 50 items!) is reviewed over the phone prior to our first meeting. This list covers both Government & Non-Government I.D. to ensure no updates are overlooked
- Two In-Person meetings where paperwork is approved for processing (on-site meetings are also available; cost dependent on distance & travel time)
- We will stand in the Social Insurance Government line-up on your behalf, if you wish (optional)
- Complete instructions, application forms, and office locations are provided for Government photo I.D. that can only be updated by the Bride (ie. OHIP, Driver's License, Passport)
- Summary Report outlining all updates performed
- Thank You Gift of your choice

Basic Package		Premium Package
Up to 3 Items Updated (or Social Insurance only) Only $40.		Up to 10 Items Updated (or 7 updates + Social Insurance) Only $129. Additional updates on the Premium Package are only $3 each
