After her marriage, Rena Anderson (Company Founder) was confused and frustrated with the name change process. This experience inspired her to help other brides make a smoother transition from Miss to Mrs.

"Initially, I didn't think the name change process was going to be very complicated, but my opinion changed quickly! I truly underestimated the amount of time and aggravation I would experience. After spending over 5 hours in a line-up to change ONE piece of I.D., I knew there had to be a better way! It was amazing how many documents needed to be considered and equally amazing how much red-tape was involved with the name change process. Now I understand why many brides take anywhere from 2 days to 2 years (or more) to completely update their identification... or never finish at all."
